This policy explains what personal data khbgroup.uz collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Data you give us. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, telephone number, e-mail address if you provide one, and the text of your message.
Technical data. Like any website, ours records the usual request information: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This site is served through Cloudflare, which processes the same request data in order to deliver the site and protect it from attack.
We do not use analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking of any kind.
Contact form data is used for one purpose: to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not use your details for marketing.
Technical data is used to operate the site securely.
Enquiries are kept for up to three years so we can refer back to earlier correspondence, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
We do not sell or trade personal data. It is accessible to the people at KHB Group who handle enquiries, and to the providers that run the site on our behalf:
• our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database
• Cloudflare, which delivers the site and filters malicious traffic
• Google, which serves the fonts used by the site — loading them discloses your IP address to Google
• Yandex, which provides the map in the footer — the map loads only when you scroll to it, and doing so discloses your IP address to Yandex
We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
This site sets one cookie, pll_language, which remembers the language you chose so you are not returned to English on every page. It contains no personal information and expires after a year.
Cloudflare may set its own cookies for security purposes.
You may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to us using the contact details above and we will respond within thirty days.
