A new autoclaved aerated concrete plant in Samarkand. Its aim is to make advanced construction technology accessible to everyone and to set new quality standards on home ground. The AAC blocks are made from simple natural minerals — sand, lime, cement and water; almost 80% of the material’s volume is air. We offer D400 / D500 / D600 blocks from stock or to order, with a tailored calculation for each project.
Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) blocks D400 / D500 / D600. One material covers the whole house, from foundation to roof. Precise factory geometry allows the blocks to be laid on a thin-bed adhesive joint instead of a thick mortar bed.

Universal. One material for every wall in the house — external load-bearing walls, internal walls and partitions.
Lightweight. A large block can be lifted by one person; the wall is 55% lighter than brick, so the foundation is simpler from the outset.
Precise. Factory geometry allows laying on a thin-bed adhesive joint; walls come out smooth and ready for finishing.
Easy to work. Can be sawn, drilled and chased with hand tools directly on site.
Economical. Adhesive laying is twice as fast as brickwork and uses up to 48% less mix; the foundation is lighter and delivery is cheaper.
Energy-saving. Walls retain heat two to three times better than brick; heating and air-conditioning costs can fall by up to 35%.
Reliable. A non-combustible mineral material that withstands fire exposure for up to four hours.
Natural. Sand, lime, cement and water; almost 80% of the volume is air.
Healthy. Walls breathe, prevent mould, emit no odours and dampen street noise.
Durable. Does not rot, rust or attract insects — walls that last for generations.
The most popular sizes are kept in stock to speed up dispatch. The plant’s equipment can produce blocks of different sizes and densities to suit the project.
